Annotations - Read only commentary in specific CV.

Hi everyone, 

Is there a possibility restrict the user only view the comment in specific CV and specific column cell.

There are a few different ways to restrict input in a cube view:

• you can set the "can modify data" option to false, either by column or by row.

• You can write a Conditional Input rule in a Business Rule attached to the Cube, which can check the individual intersection (and user, if necessary) and return a more fine-grained set of permissions.

I had set both False still can edit comment, V#Annotation.
