Hi there, we are trying to figure out a way of collecting capex project information in OS inside a user friendly form (not capital planning register). Wonder if anyone else is doing it and how you are accomplishing this? Trying to figure out how to allow users to enter project number and name without creating metadata for each project in one of the dimensions ahead of time or if there is an easy way to accomplish this. The information we need to collect is really minimal, number, name, description, amount per year and a classification in one of three buckets.

If you create a table in your database the two most common options I have seen for manipulating it are:
- SQL table editor dashboard component
- Spreadsheet BR (TableView). This can be surfaced through Excel/spreadsheet tool using the add-in or a dashboard via a spreadsheet component.

Not sure if you'd be interested, but we created a Cube Data Ledger (CDL) utility that facilitates capture of volatile data such as Project Numbers, Vendors, etc that integrated tightly with the POV Data intersection.
