Entity Dimensions - Hierarchy

Hi All,  Can you help me please?  Within the Hierarchy for the business, there is a section called GroupEntity.  No one is claiming use of this and so I would like to delete it, if possible, to ...

    There is no way to really do this. Best way I can think of is to do searches within application XML extracts to see if its referenced in things like Cube View or Dashboard properties.
