OneStream Error Processing Dimension

Hi All, 

I would like your help. I installed OneStream as a plug-in using MS Excel. When I try to create a pull or refresh a sheet this is what it shows: "Error processing dimension. The item was not found. Dim, OneStream.Shared.Common.DimPk, 0-1". 

Any chance you know how to fix this issue?

Looks like your sheet has some error and it's trying to pull an invalid member.

Maybe try with something very simple, like pulling a prebuilt Cube View or creating a QuickView, just to validate that the add-on is working, then try to troubleshoot the complex sheets. If things don't work with the simple stuff, talk to Support.
