Prior Year Header in Cube View

I am trying to get the description for prior year in my Excel header for cube views. There is a substitution variable for current year but nothing for prior year. Anyone have any suggestions? Instead of the format 2023M3, I want the header to bring in the description that says March 2023. Below is my current year variable.

    If your format is not listed in substitution variable, then go for XFBR rule.

    XFBR(businessRuleName, brFunctionName, Name1=[Value 1], Name2=Value2)
