Security report

Hi, All, I am planning to generate the report for users who are active/inactive, last login date? I am reviewing the Framework audit tables however I couldn't find exact fields. Can you please let me know ? thank you

  • I believe we've discovered why the difference in count/users do not appear on the report; the BR/sql query behind the tables will not include a user actively in the application/who has logged in the day you run the report. Since the report will not permit you to use a Start Date > today's date you will never see all users on the report.

You can utilize the "Security Audit Reports" solution from the "Marketplace" to accomplish this. The "Inactive Users" report should assist in identifying the information you're looking for. Refer to the screenshot below for further details.

I hope this helps. Please mark this response as "Accept the Solution" if it answers your question.

    Thanks,

    Iftaqar

    Hi Iftaqar,

We have 26 users but the Inactive Users/Inactive Report only returns 21 users even selecting Enabled: Both in the selection option. I've compared how 2 of these users are configured against other users and find similarly configured users in the list of 21 appearing in the report.

We are on 8.2.2.16127 using version PV620 SV102

    Thanks,

    Anne
