We recently upgraded to version 7.3.3 and did a push for the Excel Addin upgrade. Does anyone know if there is a report to show which users have installed the upgrade (outside of our IT Department).

You could build a report on which user downloaded the Excel Addin from the dashboard. But it does not mean they installed it. You could also have people who did not download the Addin from the dashboard but still have it installed. IT could push the updates to the users computer too, so without going to the dashboard!
So in other words, the best team to check that would be your IT department as it is tipically an IT activity.
