Hello,

Does anyone know how to turn off the Quickpost function for journal entries?

Regards,

It is controlled by security, if you have the right for all steps, you get Quickpost, if not, you only see the single steps.

Thank you! This is exactly what I needed.

Thanks Christian!

Do you know if there are other ways of disabling Quick Post?

We are in the situation described in this other post, where all users have the right to submit and approve, but not on the same journal. The JournalsEventHandler works to prevent the journal from being approved, but the user experience would be better if the button just said Submit, instead of Quick Post which is an action users are not allowed to perform and fails during the second step of the sequence.

Thanks!
