Dynamic workflow creation

Hi,

We are facing a new challenge, as we want to rebuild the entire hierarchy, which has about 6000 members and about 150 parents. In this case we need to rebuild whole workflow hierarchy, is there any way to dynamically create a workflow hierarchy based on entity dimension?

Hi, there is no default way of linking the entity dimension to the workflow and pressing the button to create a similar hierarchy in the workflow. You can write a rule for that, but I am not sure if it is worth the effort.

How do you currently create workflows? You can use workflow templates in the application, or you can use the Excel template to load workflows into the app. In your case, the Excel template in particular will save you a lot of time. If needed you could even write a little macro to populate this in Excel easily.
