I would like to know does anyone Implemented the OneStream Integration with NetSuite Cloud using RESTlets and I am looking for the right documentation and the details required from NetSuite cloud.

I have no idea what NetSuite requires, but if you're looking for documentation about OneStream's REST interface, look at the REST API guide, available from online documentation or in the "Server and Documentation" package in the Platform section of Solution Exchange.
