Locking one 'import' workflow profile locks all other 'import' workflow profiles of that WF/Period
Hi,
We have a workflow as below - contains multiple 'Import' workflow profiles. We want to be able to lock 'IFRS16' without locking 'ImportAX', 'RevenueImport'. Lock after Certify is activated. When selecting IFRS16, Lock, all 'import' profiles are getting locked. Do we need Workflow Channels or split the Workflow and keep IFRS16 separate ? Thanks for your advice. Hilde
When selecting Lock with IFRS16 highlighted :
Yeah, locking an Import will lock all the other Import profiles too. As you said, you can use WF Channels or just a different Workflow.

Fixed by using different WF channels. Great functionality ! Thanks for your advice

We are using different WF channels for the normal "imports" and the IFRS16 step and also a specific security for this so only users that need to work with IFRS16 need to see this within the WF. This is still in test but so far all seems happy
