Extract Related components for Dashboard
Hi OneStream experts, Lets say a dashboard has 10 components in DEV and in PROD. Added 11th component in DEV and want to move it to PROD by Extract and Load. Is there any easy way to collect all related components of a dashboard? Manually collecting components is painful. What is the best secured way to collecting objects to move it to PROD? Hi guys! I would like to know if there is a way to get a more detailed view of what is consuming disk space for each application within my environment. I understand that the System Diagnostics dashboard provides a report indicating how much space is allocated and how much is being used per application; however, I would like to know if there is a way to obtain a more detailed breakdown per application. Hi OneStream experts, I was looking to understand if it's even possible to handle the load button from the Load/Extract section in OneStream using a specific EventHandlers of any kind. I need to be able to add validations whenever a Metadata xml file is loaded through the Load/Extract to check certain things of its content without falling (as usual) in a custom development from scratch. Hopefully someone is able to assist. Thank you!26Views0likes1CommentHow to move accounts from one hierarchy to another one

Hi Everyone, I’m working with Actuals data structured like the attached screenshot and want to add adjustments linked to this data. Key points: Adjustments must tie to Actuals by Company, Account, and Month Each adjustment includes: An Add Back Category An Add Back Name, which is free-form text and can vary monthly I want to maintain monthly detail and enable reporting and drill-down by both Add Back Category and Add Back Name My questions: What’s the best approach to model and load adjustments with both a Add Back Category and a free-form Add Back Name in OneStream? Should Add Back Name be a UD member with auto-create, a text attribute, or something else? How to avoid member explosion or reporting complexity given the free-form nature of Add Back Name? How can I ensure adjustments roll up correctly and maintain data integrity? Any recommendations for validation, governance, and reporting for this kind of adjustment detail? Thanks in advance for your insights!10Views0likes0CommentsElastic pool's space after app removal.
Hi guys! This is my first post so sorry if this question is out of place. I have an environment with a couple of applications that I want to remove. My question is, if I remove them using the Application Management of the Cloud Administration Tool, would I immediately get back the space those apps were using or do I have to wait for all the space to become available again? Thanks!Solved69Views0likes4Comments
