Did you try to run the application report when you have the WF POV set to your top review level workflow profile? I don't have access to an app to test at the moment, but if I recall correctly, it will pull all Journals below that workflow POV.
Thanks for the response. I tried but the Application report pulls the journals only if the Journal WF is selected.
I would suggest raising a ticket with support and getting one of our remote consultants to take a look at the report with you. I think it is hard to troubleshoot without looking at the report. It could be the report itself or security settings?
FWIW, I pulled up a sandbox golfstream application and ran the Journal Checklist Report within the Application Analysis Solution. If I choose my Total GolfStream Review workflow, I can see journals for my Houston and Eagles Workflows.
