Cube Data Manager

I have set up Cube Data Manager.
I am getting this error when I click on “Metadata”:
Any idea on how to solve this?

As CDM relies on the OneStream REST API as its transfer mechanism I would imagine that you have not provided the correct authentication requirements to connect to the target cube
