Is there a way to lock and unlock the scenarios through Dashboards? Followed to the above question, can we load FX rates through Dashboards?

Hi ,
Yes we can load the rate and Lock and unlock the FX rates from the dashboard.
I have created the Dashboard where users can read and write the rates based on the selection of Time , RateType.
