Is there a way to lock and unlock the scenarios through Dashboards? Followed to the above question, can we load FX rates through Dashboards?

We have implemented FX rates lock and unlock using a Dashboard.
You can configure a button to Lock or Unlock the rates using a custom Dashboard Extender Rule
Average Rate Lock & Unlock Status - is custom member with a member formula.
