Database table copy

We have built a custom model in a dev environment and now want to migrate this to a user test environment.  The build includes a number of database tables that we want to copy between the environment...

No, anything related to custom tables is up to you, I'm afraid. You can use SQLServer tools for it, or do like Marketplace solutions - i.e. have CREATE scripts triggered from Dashboards on first run.
