Lets say a dashboard has 10 components in DEV and in PROD.
Added 11th component in DEV and want to move it to PROD by Extract and Load.
Is there any easy way to collect all related components of a dashboard?
Manually collecting components is painful.
What is the best secured way to collecting objects to move it to PROD? Thanks

Lets say in the workspace, we have couple of dashboard and we changed one, but still extract and load both
In the target application, application/audit reports , would it say, both dashboards are changed or, the changed/update time is taken from source application? or will audit reports shows both dashboards are changed with the load time?

Importing a complete Workspace will update all components of the Workspace, even those that may not have changed. Even if it only updated those components that changed, you are at risk of promoting unauthorized or unknown changes if you blindly promote the whole Workspace, when only a couple components of the Workspace have been authorized for promotion.
You can export one, some or all components of a Workspace. One of the big benefits of Workspaces is that it allows you to keep all the related components together within the same Workspace, which should make it easier to find the related components. It is up to you whether you choose to promote one, some, or all the components of the Workspace.
