Has anyone had the requirement to add a factor to an FX rate?

Has anyone had the requirement to add a factor to an FX rate? For example the Yen FX rate would be 1.25 but then a factor of 100 would be applied to the rate during translation? I think this would have to be done in a custom translation rule but would like to know if anyone has handled this before.
