I need to access parameter A which is present outside default workspace in my cube view.
|!A!| this doesnot work as it only pulls the parameters within default workspace.

Have you made sure the workspace property "is shareable workspace" is set to true?
This doesn't seem possible. In order for the Parameter to work with the Cube View, they need to be in the same workspace together. I'd recommend just recreating the parameter A in the Workspace where your Cube View sits.
