I have this weird situation where a user can input on an entry "form" but not launch a calculate or a force calculate

I guess the form is properly implemented as the administrator can launch a calculate or a force calculate from the same form. Which security role would prevent a user to calculate? (the user is able to input so I guess is has the proper access right on Entity and Scenario).
