Pull User Defined Dimensions Descriptions in parameter

I am building parameter to pull user defined dimensions descriptions. Anyone knows where it stored in Database?

    These are stored in the AppProperty table which you can access in System > Database.

    Can you pull these into excel using a XF formula?
