Cannot Select "Copy a Quick View" from the OneStream Ribbon under Quick Views

I cannot select "Copy a Quick View" while my cursor is in the Quick View and I refreshed the sheet from the menu.

Why? What am I missing?

    Hi Sheereenlavi,

    i believe , screenshot you provided not looks like quickview selected. try to create a separate quickview and check.

    It was...we figured it out!  There was something wrong with the profile, if I ran Excel as an Admin it ran fine and the options were there. So we tried a few things to fix the profile by checking and unchecking the OneStream add-in and now it's fixed! Thanks for your time!
