Dashboard N/A for user
The dashboard visibility is set to "Always" and the security access group is set to "everyone". If I select the dashboard in Oneplace to open, it brings me this error. Could this be related to the workflow not being set accordingly (permissions, data, etc)?

Perhaps, but it should become clear if you troubleshoot/investigate the XFBR rule in question. Without that its just guessing. Somewhere it is probably doing a substring on a string that is too short (perhaps doing something like getting the period out of a scenario name?). FYI the last bit of information in a strack trace is the most useful.. best to paste the text rather than a screenshot.
