db_pdx We've attempted creating a new dashboard profile as you suggested, and we are finding that is not working. The supervisors are getting a security access error stating they are not authorized to access the workflow profile. The dashboard we want them to be able to see includes three separate security groups and each supervisor only has access to view one of the three security groups. We were hoping that when accessing the dashboard, they would only see the security group of customers that they have access to see, but it does not appear to be that way.
Looking for any other suggestions on how to make this work without having to create three separate dashboards or a new security group.
