dashboards knowledge with the Boston Services Summit Exercise 4 and the last step on page 5?

I am trying to refresh my dashboards knowledge with the Boston Services Summit Exercise 4 and the last step on page 5 needs BarFormat and LineFormat indicators according to the selected chart in the drop down, or at a minimum what constitutes a Bar Chart {BarFormat}:

What is the syntax to get the formatting correct?
