I am trying to save an offline file in onstream retrieve and I am getting this error.
Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000E (E_OUTOFMEMORY))
Has anyone had this issue
OneStream support recommended setting Retain All Formatting when saving offline to True (Found in Preferences in OneStream excel Add-in tab).
This fixed the issue for our users.

Our users are receiving this error as well. They are just using the 'Save Offline Copy' feature available in the OneStream Excel Add-in. When this error happens, it creates the 'offline' copy of the file but it is not actually offline as all the XFGetCell formulas are intact.
Haven't seen any solutions posted here so I will log a ticket with support.

Just wondering if you ever got this resolved. I have multiple posts on our forums about the whole save offline copy feature with symptoms ranging from crashing Excel to not saving formatting. Would love to hear if you found any solutions. We've been testing on Ver8 and still getting the same bad results with this feature even though OS assured us it was going to be enhanced.
