We've had the same experience with 9.2 and logged this as a bug with OneStream. They are investigating and working on a fix for the next release. They did not provide any specific timing. A possible work-around is to create an Excel macro that converts the current XFGetCell formula to hardcode the POV members, and then you can use the drill. Not a great long-term solution.
I just found out that this was "discovered" in January and I questioned them why it is not in the release notes as KNOWN bugs. It would appear they do not update release notes until the next version - by which it is too late for those who upgraded without knowing. So, now I am wondering, what other functions is not working in 9.2? 😬

oh, and all our reports are using XFGetCell formulas. The macro suggestion would not be ideal to convert ALL our reports. We rely too heavily on referenced cells.
