Thanks Alex for helping me,
That have resolved one part of the Problem, I am creating 40 documents which is referring same cube view, but entity and department information is getting changed. we can use this shortcut when it comes to common parameter For Example, We have Consolidation and View. Narrative Reporting has prompt field for each document.

For the Consolidation and View DIM prompts, you can also set those in the shortcut so that it avoids prompts all together when generating the XFDoc - is that what you mean?
With each shortcut, you can also set a different POV. While this might be a bit "overboard" and potentially clutter up your CubeViews, create a CV Shortcut Group and don't make it visible to end-users so it really is more for referential purposes only.

Yup, I wanted use that as a back up plan since there maintenance work and i see potential this list get extended more 50 to 75 i have 5 books similar so thinking of using this shortcut option only for Consolidation and View dim prompts or which ever is common across all the cube view.
Also in NR solution it self we can define the parameters at Indvidual document level but i am not sure how to utilize it and i have reffered the technical document it is also not having any examples.
Safe Harbor - I do believe this capability is in consideration / may be in the works for future release - the parameterization pass through.
Technically it can work now for a single instance but if the same CubeView is used for different combinations, it does not yet work.
I do agree the maintenance can get a bit heavy initially but if it does not change often thereafter, it seems a feasible interim workaround imho.
