Page Numbers in Book Reports

I have a book report with multiple Cube views ,Excel ,Word and and PDFs. If all together the book has 100 pages, Is it possible to show the Page numbers 1 of 100, 2 of 100 in sequence?

I have tried the Cube View Extender BR discussed in this forum previously and that does display Page numbers only within the Cube view where the rule is attached to and in the format of Page 1 0f 1 ,Page 2 of 2.
