This is not possible with the Parcel Service Marketplace Solution. It is designed to use the Report Books Functionality in OneStream to send out a report book with supplied parameter values to multiple users via an e-mail distribution group defined by the OneStream Administrator. It is not able to provide an option for sending out standard Excel Files with XFGETCELL formulas to users.
