Quick Views in excel add-in disappearing
Has anyone ever come accross and issue where you've built out a quick view in excel to either faciliate reporting or to input values into a planning scenario and you open the workbook to refresh the quick views and they are all #refresh with the links broken?
The quickview POV is greyed out as if its no longer there. I've tried refreshing the page, workbook/closed excel and restarted... Any solutions or troubleshooting would be appreciated!!!!
It sounds as if you are converting your Quick View to XFGetCells format. Once you do that, you will see the #REFRESH (which I don't believe appears in a Quick View), and your Quick View definition is deleted. You should see a warning telling you this will happen.
Best thing to do is to make a copy of your QV before converting. In this way, you keep your original as a backup.
