Read only option for cube views

Hi ,

We have DEV and PROD environment and we want users to have read-only option to cube views in PROD environment.  If we restrict the cube view group maintenance, users could execute the cube view  but not see how it defined. All options are greyed out like shown in below picture.

Is it possible to have Read-only option for cube view in production?

    Have a look at this blog page for an idea. It's not exactly what you are asking for but it might help:

    You can then add the application name in the Business Rule. That will set the data as read only everywhere though not just on Cube Views. You could also have a security group that allows some users Read Write access.

    Thanks for our reply.

    The blog you shared is about having the cells read only or input ready.

    My question is about the cube view definition (artifact). We do not want any one changing the definition of cube view (artifact) in production applciation, but still possible to see the definition of rows and columns.
