Show different entity for different columns based on POV selection
Hi,
We have a CV that has first few columns Actuals and rest as Forecast. User can select the Base Entity and enter the numbers in forecast columns but only look at the Actuals numbers.
We have situation where we need to show parent of entity member for Actuals but use that base entity to capture forecast amounts. We need this for just 5-6 entity members.
Any idea how I can achieve this without writing complex business rule? Tried conditional formatting but no luck
Thanks,
PM

A screenshot would help, and I might be wrong but if I understand this correctly, it sounds like a job for Column Overrides. Assuming the "problematic" entities are expanded in a dedicated row, in the row configuration place an override on the Actual columns to look at the parent instead.
