Top-side Entries

I'm having an issue with specific top-side entries not being captured by cube views, dashboards, and even business rules. The entries were posted to the Adj workflow with entity member filter: E#Root.WfProfileEntities. Could it have something to do with the entity member filter assigned to the journals?
