Account Reconcillations (RCM) Excluding an Import from Actuals

Hi All,

I am currently setting up account reconcillations manager (RCM) and import both YTD GL data and Periodic Flow data in the actual scenario. I want to bring in just the YTD GL data into RCM, but it's bringing in both data sets. How can I exclude the Import Flow Data? I know that I can filter on the workflow profile "Import Flow Data" in the Account Rec inventory and delete them, but I'd rather the flow data just not come into RCM in the first place. Thanks for the help!

You could move the Import Flow Data step under a new workflow profile. The "Can Load Unrelated Entities" setting would need to True since the entities are already assigned to the current profile.

The data that flows into RCM depends on where the Workspace is assigned in the workflow for the RCM scenario type. The red arrow is pointing to the workflow profile RCM is assigned. When the "Process" button is ran, it will look for all the data that is imported under this profile (In the Green Circle). If all the data needed for RCM is under one profile, assign RCM there for the applicable scenario type.  You will then only see data associated with that import profile.

The actuals workflow where all of my entities are assigned and where I need to put RCM has Import Flow Data under the profile. Any way to exclude this import?
