Calling a WS Assembly from Data Management Step

I cannot find any literature on this - I have a custom calculate rule, how to I call it from a DM step?  This is what I have in DM step, but I keep getting the below error:  Below are some ...

Is the DM job outside the workspace? Try changing this setting.

DM job and assembly is in the same ws/my.

    I see. Well I haven't done specifically what you're doing but based on service factory usage elsewhere I would think you would just put WS in the Business Rule box rather than Workspace.Admin.WS. Had you tried that?

      Yeah I just tried that, I got the same error. 

      Workspace.Admin.WS is actually in the Object Lookup when I click on the ellipsis next to Business Rule, so I'm surprised it didn't work.
