documentation: file having all functions syntax/ library/ libraries

Dear all,   Is there any file containing the detail/syntax of the functions? I'm thinking for instance in an XML file or something similar.   This is a similar question already posted,...

No. Not sure what you'd use it for, to be honest 🙂 if you start from the helper tree, and check out the clickable links in the Objects tab, you should find everything you need.
