How do I create a target forecast?

Good Morning, Everyone -- 

I have a report which showcase forecasted KPIs using a set of assumptions and conditions. There is a growth rate that is been used to grow the KPI for each forecasted month. 

Do we have something similar within Golf Stream? 

Would appreciate any ideas. Thank you!
