Is it possible to update WFP property?
I need to update a WFP property through a Business Rule, properties like AccessGroup, WorkflowName, etc
Is it possible?

Not sure what "WFP" is, but if you mean Workflow properties, with supported APIs you can only change which entities are assigned to a workflow.
