SAP connection name

Hello,

I have connection string written to connect to SAP

Dim r3Conn As R3Connection = BRApi.Database.CreateSAPConnection(si, "ConnectionName", True)

I want to know where the ConnectionName is confirgured. 

I have the error massage which is pointing to IP which is not in our network.
