App copy failed, copying from production to development
We tried to copy from test environment to development environment which failed. we emailed Onestream who gave the following response:

1. You can contact your Account Manager to discuss your options
2. System Diagnostics is environment specific. In other words, it doesn't need to be installed in every application within the environment. So to see your PRD environment, it must be installed to an application that resides in that environment.
