Cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

A similar error message can also come up when you're downloading & opening an (Excel) file and (another) file with the same name is already open in Excel. E.g. a file open navigation action on a dashboard button.

Can be a bit confusing as it shows up as a OneStream error, but it's really an Excel error.
