Chopping off years of data to a secondary app for Reporting

I have a client that has a app with 7 years of data in it.  They would like when we get to the end of 2024 to chop off the last year in the app so that in only ever has 7 years of data in it and arch...

Hi, if it is just for reporting, create a new app, transfer 7 years of data from the old app to the new app using Cube Data Manager (CDM) from the Solution Exchange. This will also keep the audit table small, which will be beneficial as this app will then take up less space on the servers.
