"I am receiving the following error when trying to confirm a Review WF .
"Workflow Profile [EnPro] does not have any entity calculation/confirmation definitions or if it is an input type profile it does not have any associated workflow profile entities""
A review level WF cannot have assigned entities. The entities you want to run the confirmation rules on (perhaps the dependent entities calc def) will need the confirmed box checked for the confirmation rules to run on them. Also, Since you are at a Review level WF and using Dependent Entities in WF Calc Def, try the GetDependentProfilesEntities function instead of the GetProfileEntities
