Excel add in issue

when down load excel add in 6.3 it shows as OneStream XF in tool bar. Once you open you excel workbook with data, the data will not show unless you disable the Excel add in from COM Add-ins. can some advise how to fix the issue?

    Hi Patel, 
    Have you tried disabling ALL Addins. Restart XL. Reinstall OS Excel Addin and see?

    we tried that all but it does not work.
