How to increase the number of users receiving emails
Hi all it seems that OS 8.4 notification settings by default only send emails to 50 users. Could this setting this changed / amended and if so in which part of the application? Thank you Nou

Hi Nou,
When you create users in OneStream you can enter their email address as an attribute of their user profile. However, there is no application setting to my knowledge that specifies a max number of users that can be emailed in one go. If you are using OneStream SMTP server this may be a restriction that is imposed as part of the SMTP server configuration. If that is the case and you want to get it increased I would suggest raising a ticket with OneStream support and they will have the answers you are looking for.
However, if you want to avoid this, as I previously suggested you can manage email Groups in your Corporate user management system e.g. Active Directory, OpenLDAP etc and then reference that Group email address wherever you configure email alerts within the OS application

Hi Simon
I think this is created automatically to users in the application. We did not configure this ourselves. Do you know where it could be amended?
