Can you get Cube View cell number formatting to display/accept European number formatting?

• First, you must make sure the Users have the appropriate Culture setting assigned to them in Security:

 

• Assuming no overriding formats are on the Cube View, values will appear as follows for US vs. French culture settings:

• You can then apply Standard Number formatting options (e.g., N0, N1, etc.) to control decimal display
• You cannot apply custom formatting strings, as they would override the above, such as:
