Hi Candice,
It is not possible to add this within the certification. The certification can check if the user added a file. If the file is not there then it will stop the user from certifying. The user will have to go back to its WF step but not in the certifiy step.
Please give a kuddo if it helps,

Hello Nic, thank you for your response. Do you mean list the question in the "Certification Questions" to ask if an attachment is included? I'm looking for a systematic solution to attach a file or an email to show the certifier's file approval.

Hi Candice,
I am not aware that you can do that within the certification itself. You could load a file to a cell during a form step for example.
In the certification, I would simply ask a question "Do you approve that...". In that case the user is taking responsibility for the input in that case.
However, if you still need a file to upload, it is different and can not be done within the certification. You could have a confirmation step that checks if the Email is existing in OS. But it will not tell you the content of the email like this... (approval or not).- CandiceNew Contributor
Thank you for the workaround. Can you elaborate on the confirmation step? Is it simply a question to ask if the file has attached or not. I don't think the confirmation step will check systematically whether a file is attached.
