have you updated your BR to use the NW protocol?
you have a sample BR in the SIC admin guide.
Most likely that’s be a use the library is missing in just some of the application servers.
can you check in task activity in what server is executed the execution that works?
it's cloud 7.3.1 version
Are you using Smart Integration Connector?
Is the error raised in the line you create the connection?
Id need to check the BRAPI but I don’t think it supports setting the protocol.
if not being raised in that line so you create the connection object then:
1) try to use the NW RFC
you need to set in the connection
R3con.Protocol = ClientProtocol.NWRFC
2) otherwise raise ticket with support. You error means you are using classic rfc protocol an setup of erp connect is not complete in the server
PS: I’m surprised you are still using ERP Connect in OS Cloud
